As soon as a disaster occurs, we advise the disaster victim to implement as quickly as possible the security of goods and persons, that is to say among other things the condemnation of access, the recording of the gas and electricity system, yawing, stamping or structural diagnosis.
Cemic Congo is involved in disaster management such as: water damage, fires, explosions, climate events and natural disasters, machinery breakdowns, theft, etc…
Our job as an expert is to provide assistance and advice to disaster victims. We are there to defend the interests of individuals, businesses and communities.
We intervene in all stages of disaster management, but also for the future:
- assist the victim of the loss in all dealings with the insurer;
- relieve the disaster victim in his or her daily disaster management obligations;
- to obtain the best compensation possible by ensuring that all clauses and compensation conditions provided for in the insurance contract;
- accompany the disaster victim in the resumption of his activity in a normal operating situation.
